At the invitation of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) and its School of Public Administration, Dr. Kundan Aryal, Head of the Central Department of Journalism and Mass Communication at Tribhuvan University, Nepal, has commenced a special academic engagement in Chengdu, Sichuan province.

Dr. Aryal began teaching a 16-hour course on Cross-Cultural Communication in the Context of Nepal-China People-to-People Exchanges on June 9. As a visiting professor, he will be conducting classes for postgraduate students at UESTC until June 14, 2025.

This initiative is part of the broader academic exchange activities between Tribhuvan University and UESTC, aimed at fostering deeper academic and cultural ties between the two countries. The course is expected to enhance mutual understanding and promote dialogue on the evolving dynamics of cross-cultural communication within the Nepal-China context.
